Shop: Three Legs Good, on a bag

My entry is kind of a tribute to my late cat Meg. She was a rescue cat, who
had been shot and needed to have her front right leg amputated. Often cats
with special needs get overlooked for rescue, and never find a home.

One day, after returning from two weeks veterinary treatment, we woke to find
Meg sitting shouting by her bowl where she’d placed one of her scruffy knitted
mouse toys! We laughed so much, I still have the photo!

Not only did Meg have a missing leg, but she was arthritic, hyperthyroid,
diabetic and had a heart condition. Nevertheless she was determined, funny
and affectionate. She passed away in 2020, after being with us for eleven
years and I still think of her every day. I’m so glad we found Meg.
