About the Design
This is a kind of companion design to Dawn Chorus, inspired by the other end of the day - sunset. Taking the bird, nature and music theme I've used my favourite bird, a peregrine falcon, and the circular shape is inspired by a vinyl record.
Using halftones I've tried to represent the darkening sky adorned by musical
note, the concentric circle of the sunset making up the staff associated with
sheet music.
Peregrines tend to hunt around sunset and sunrise and are just spectacular to see in flight.
